Wonderful Anniversary Stay
really good service kind gesture thoughtful touch lovely room
the receptionist, liam, provided really good service upon our arrival. he upgraded our room as a kind gesture, which i appreciated greatly. he also gave us drink vouchers, a thoughtful touch after our travel issues. the room itself was lovely and clean.
i noticed the lifts are somewhat small, possibly causing delays when many guests are present.

The room had air conditioning. Plenty of space. And was very clean. i found the bed comfortable. Bedside lights allowed for reading and relaxation before sleep.

the cooked breakfast was excellent with kippers available to order!!! the hotel upgraded my room from a standard double. it was roomy and included an excellent bathroom. i found the bed to be very comfortable.
the ev charging point was seemingly unavailable, but another car was actively charging.

excellent stay!
good breakfast friendly staff large room
The breakfast had many options. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was large and included a big bathroom. i appreciated the gym and its facilities. I found good equipment there. the location worked well. It was easy to get around.
i noticed dirty dishes were left in the corridor for two days. i wish they had cleaned up sooner. this minor issue didn't spoil the trip overall, but better attention is necessary.

charming historical experience
updated bathroom modern decor queen room breakfast choice
i booked a standard queen room and it feature two beds. the bathroom was recently updated and look modern. i found complimentary water in the fridge, that was nice. breakfast offer a super choice, like omelettes and eggs florentine.
The function created noise at night. I have changed room.

the hotel offer convenient access to many attraction and restaurants. buses and taxis were readily available, that helped a lot. parking was easy, too, i did not have problems to move around.

underwhelming stay
smaller room honeymoon setup
the location was convenient for my needs , providing easy access to nearby amenities.
the room i received was smaller than i anticipated , especially for a 'premium' designation. i requested a honeymoon setup , such as rose petals or a small cake , but was told it wasn't offered . also , the coke from the bar's post mix tasted diluted , suggesting it had almost run out.

water leak mold smell
the grounds were pretty, breakfast was good with plenty of options.
when I arrived, there was water leaking from the ceiling above me. the room smelled like must and mold and it was NOT fun.
